Yes, a Diane just called my cell earlier asking for my daughter also. She refused to identify what company she was with stating it was "personal".  I called the number back and it was answered with "hello".....

I had my granddaughter research the # since she has been a debt collector for 16 years as was my wife for 22 years.  My daughter and son-in-law recv'd a call from Ms Banks asking if they had Power of Attrny of me, so I called to find out who would be asking such a question.  Jenny refused to provide the name of the company. When my g-dghtr figured out this was agency, she told me it was illegal for them to skiptrace in such a manner and illegal for them to withhold the company name.  There have been several complaints re: this agency and I have no unpaid debts whatsoever.  The collectors use aliases not registered with the American Collection****ociation, which I am not certain is a law in Florida, but if you research their # in google, you will see all of the posts with each of the names of people calling.  I also am aware that within the first 30 days not contact is made to any debt (pre-collect stage).  Only a letter notifying of a debt which gives me thirty days to respond.  I have not recv'd any correspondence from this agency relative to any debt in my name. I am posting my complaint on the web with the other complaints so that this company can be further investigated and hopefully correct their techniques. Just incase the OMB control# is 3084-0047 which was in the text at the bottom of the page before you click on the complain for****istance.

I too just fell victim to this scam,  do not answer to this number.  "Jenny" is one rude B***H!  ignore the call
