Did not pick up. Message says that caller is looking for small businesses to do work for government, so it is strange that caller is randomly calling residential/personal phones with no connection to any kind of business. Caller identifies as Federal Procurement Agency but that is questionable since some posts state that no such agency exists after googling it. The same calls have come from other numbers such as: 888-286-5795 (many posts, mostly negative) and 971-217-9516. After reading all the posts on the phone websites, so****ing sounds very "phishy" about this. Best to avoid.
