I get calls several times a week. They do not understand the word no.  I have never had a relationship with any of the above. I am happy with my current supplier. And after dealing with the aggression of this company I would never go with them..EVER.

I keep getting calls from this number to my cell phone.  As most of you know, answering a long distance number on one's cell phone (this number is from Florida, I live in Ontario Ca***a), adds a long distance charge to your cell phone.  If it is indeed Direct Energy, then those idiots are getting around the daily limit of three calls a day by using multiple numbers.  I get other calls from a 1-800 number too.  Also Direct Energy.  Now is the time to really ***** down and complain to the Ontario Ministry of Consumer Services and maybe then they will stop calling.  Let Direct Energy know that you are complaining,  The calls will stop for a while.  BUT, as long as you have an Enbridge account and rent your water heater for example, Direct Energy (the supplier of the water heater) will continue to call because unter the rules of the National Do Not Call List you have "a relationship" with Enbridge/Direct Energy and because of that relationship Direct Energy may call you...but only three times a day.
