how do they expect to collected by phone? It's a Federal Law, that states that it is ILLEGAL to ask for credit card info over the phone, social security numbers, or any personal info! I have asked for a paper bill or statement and they throw a fit!

These guys are a collection recovery company. DON'T ANSWER. Recently sent me a statement for a repo from Ford Motor from 1999. These guys are Cut Throats and will harass you to ***** if you let them. I guess they've never heard of the Statue of Limitation for bad debt. It varies from state to state but they will harass you none the less if you don't know. Google it if you don't know.
