This number is trying to get people to go to phishing sites. This number is used by a scammer.
I received a text message from this number accusing me of owing tolls to the STATE OF VERMONT, which is the stupidest thing anyone could ever do. Yeah VERMONT‘s might owe tolls in Massachusetts, but there are no tolls collected in VERMONT at all. The text message was to me and another Vermonter. The user of this number is participating in outright fraud and sending people to very very nefarious websites.
