i wonder if this call owner still alive or not?who can let me know?he lost over 10years....;

When I called this number back an actual person answered and was just as confused as I was about the call. She was apologetic that the scammers were trying to use her number for insidious purposes. The scam recording call itself was full of static and a recording of some sort played stating that the police were trying to reach me to discuss some concern
