Don't think I've ever answered this one. It's either student loans or medical collections. Either way.....they are people that want money I don't have.

On your cell phone settings, save this number under "z" so it will be at the bottom of your contact list, then set this contact to "go straight" to voicemail. That way, your phone won't ring, you won't be bothered, and if they don't leave a voicemail (which they never do), you'll never even know they called. I'm on the "do not call" list too, but this number calls anyway. In fact, the first time, I answered and they hung up after I answered......never said a word.

I just called them back & got hung up on. Before she hung up she couldn't tell me what their company did because they have 4 different divisions. When asked if she could explain what the nature of those 4 divisions were she couldn't tell me. I kept asking & she hung up. I think it had something to do with me telling her I was on my State's & Fed's "Do Not Call" Registries. Does this sound like spam to you ? When is the government going to actually do something about these federal crimes ? Guess Obama is too busy shutting down the economy for that...

get an app called Mr. number.its free and you can set it to hang up on these types of callers immediately without you ever even knowing they called.

My wife got a call from this # and they did not leave a message, she called them back and the operator asked who had called them, my wife said they did. What kind of company alls a person and cannot keep track of their own call records

Someone suggested pressing #### a number of times and it will screw up the automated system for a week or so............It seems to work! It is a spam call....... None of us owe anything so maybe they are calling a person who previously had this number SIX YEARS AGO????

They keep calling for whoever had this number before I got it 5 days ago. They were hanging up on my husband when he tried to tell them it was the wrong number. Today it was an automated system that asked if I was "Name" press one, if I was not "Name" press two - I took about 2 seconds to consider which would be the # to press to get a person to tell to stop calling and it hung up on me. I called back (and they must get a lot of calls like this) I got about 3 words into the explanation of why I was calling and the girl rudely interrupts me and transfers me to the business office. The lady who answered next interrupts me again says "Yes, she had the number before you we'll get your number removed from our list." At least she thanked me and I hope she follows through.

I got a couple of these calls. thinking it was a friend of mine calling, i returned the call. after they told me who they were i said that the person they are asking for no longer has this #. she said she would take the # out of the system. hopefully it works! We shall see...

MSCB calls and does not say anything. I am elderly woman and they call 6-8 times each day and don't say anything, all hours of the day. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They use an automated system that just hangs up when you answer. They call 7 days a week 24 hours a day...one after another after another on some days. They have also called numerous times at 3-4 in the morning during the week using a fax line...it typically calls 3-4 times in a row before we have to take the phone off the hook.

I have been getting calls from MSCB and when i answer the phone all i get is a recording asking for someone who doesn't live here. They give a number to call but it's too fast for me to catch what it was. These calls are getting more frequent. I would like these calls to STOP!!!!!!

They keep calling me and hanging up. When I don't answer they leave a message and ask for me by name. This is my Moms number and name and she is elderly and in a retirement home and does not need this.

They are calling on a debt that I paid to Cingular over 2 yrs ago! I have the receipt yet they continue to call daily and NEVER leave a message. If they think I am going to pay it again they have another think coming!

I have gotten calls from this number almost every day for atleast 6 months. it is a recorded message asking me questions. I've tried to have the number blocked from my phone, but my carrier said they cannot do that.

call at least once a day...i tried to call it back and when they answered they said..billing office..i hung up i do not know how they got my number or what they want

I just recently got new phones along with my family on a new familyoriented plan and I haven't even used it to call out very many times.We just did pass around our new numbers to family and business associatesonly. I was excited to get a call and hear my new ringtone, only to hearan automated voice on the other end wanting someone I have never heard of.Press 1 if you are this person, and press 2 if you are not. I hope theyfind their (Man) soon and quit bothering everyone else.

Keep getting automated calls - only part of message left on answering machine is "...press 2".  With the help of this site, I found out the full name of the company and its address (Mid South Credit Bureau, Inc at 1410 Industrial Park Rd, Paris, TN 38242-6099, United States ) and phone (731) 644-9551.After getting passed around to three different people, found out they were looking for someone re debt collection. - based on my convesation with the employees and the comments here - I'm wondering about their competency.....Complained about 731-642-8454 - none of the three employees seemed to care and had a "yeah, so what - if you don't like it, tough" attitude.

731-642-8454 is a switchboard number,  they have been calling my new home phone number every morning at the same time...they just leave a message to call with a reference number, this message is automated.  I just called them would not give my name, just phone mumber and they were looking for someone else. If they call tomorrow i will be ****ed. Hopefully problem solved!!!!!!!

MSC calls my home phone every Saturday and ask for someone I do not know and tells me if I am that person push 1.  After several weeks of just hanging up on them I decided to push 1 to see if I could talk to a real person.  What I got was another recorded voice telling me to call this number on Monday.  WTH, they called me on Saturday just to tell me to call them back on Monday. Do not bother me on Saturday (my day off) if your not even able to handle the call on Saturday.  I called my local police dept and that is considered harrassment. I will report this number to authorities.

I wasn't able to block from my house phone, so finally went on their website and called their 800 number and told them to stop calling my home number immediately. Big surprise that they were looking for someone I've never heard of.

They called my work to see if I was still employed and ask if I made over $ per hour. I do not have any Ideal who it is.

This number keeps calling my husband's cell at all hours, has even gotten us out of bed. There is never anyone on the other end. The number belongs to MSCB and is a collection agency. If they want to collect then they should put a person on the other end of the line. The endless, personless calls border on harrassment.
