Leave a CommentThe guy lied...said he was from 330 Archer Drive, Sherman, TX. I told him to take me off his call list and he got a little ticked. I told him I didn't think he was from Sherman and he called me an ignorant old man. LOL..The remaining 3 seconds of conversation was me calling this individual from what sounded like a sandy area of the world was not worth repeating...
Have received several calls, callers sound like they are calling from another country, all have strong accents, all have been asking wanting personal information about me, my health, and doctor information wanting send me medical supplies. Have told them I'm not interested even ***g up on them they keep calling every day. Most of the time I don't answer but calls still keep coming.
I had a phone call from this phone no: The caller told me that my Medicare and Humana would be blocked if I did not give them information about my primary care doctor. How many other Senior Citizens have received this call. Need to put a stop to this kind of phone call.

Here's an update on my previous entry. I reported this to Microsoft, and got this response from them. Good day! Thank you for contacting Microsoft Customer Service. This is a known scam, I do apologize for this inconvenience. Criminal organizations are using Microsoft's name to try to ***n your trust. I can categorically confirm that neither Microsoft nor our partners make unsolicited phone calls to help solve your computer problems. If you receive another unsolicited phone call that purports to be from Microsoft and requests that you send personal information, please do **** up the phone. Don't worry Microsoft investigation team are actually on this. They may come up in the future of tracing phone calls from these type of people and hopefully to get to the bottom of their business. It may take some time. For the meantime, we keep on warning our customers for these type of activity to avoid being a victim. Just a reminder, Microsoft does not contact customers unless the customer initiates it, has provided their contact information and expects a response as a follow up. Microsoft does not monitor or detect malware remotely and make unsolicited telephone calls. Anyone purporting to be a Microsoft representative claiming such is not connected with Microsoft.
