Same here. It said my Wells Fargo card locked and I should press 1 to unlock it. I don't even have a Wells Fargo account. Def a scam.
Same as Joe Jacobs below. 10/1/11, 9:05pm Pacific time, on my unlisted cell phone number. I got YOUR WELLS FARGO ACCOUNT HAS BEEN LOCKED. PLEASE PRESS 1 TO UNLOCK. I don't have a WF account, so ignored it, and didn't press 1. If I'd pressed 1, would it connect me to someone asking for my number?
Caller was an automated voice that said so****ing to the effect of, YOUR WELLS FARGO ACCOUNT HAS BEEN LOCKED. ENTER YOUR CARD NUMBER TO UNLOCK ACCOUNT. I do not bank with Wells Fargo nor have any accounts. I am looking into I.D. theft just in case.
