He responded to a craigslist ad.

I had the exact same experience, "Wayne" wanted to pay for "the item" on Craigslist that I had advertised (which was actually two very large items) via PayPal, sight unseen. He wanted it "for his son" and could only do the transaction via Paypal since he was working offs****. Then his shipper would come pick it up. Sounded extremely fishy to me, especially given the nature and size of the items in question. If this guy texts you about a Craigslist ad, run away!

Thanks for the previous comment... I too received a text from wayne in response to a craigslist ad. He said that he was working offs**** and wanted to make a purchase via paypal. Sounds fishy!!

This number text me responding to a product i was selling. It was they same person as a different number that has been flagged for fraud!!! do not respond. numbers name is wayne and they need to know asap. they also want to use paypal for money.
