I selectively blocked this call via my Time Warner Cable phone service. Where's the FCC on this?

Caller ID: "Woodbridge NJ" This one's slick, I actually thought there was a live person on the line. I could hear him flipping the pages of paper he was reading and I was all set to "play" with the caller when I realized that it was a recording. I wish I had a quarter for each time the guy said "...uh..." Following is the text of the "conversation"... "Hi, uh, this is John from the shipping department of Emergency Medical Alert, I was calling to uh schedule a delivery of your medical alert system, it's uh the "fallen, and I can't get up" type of system you've seen on TV. Looks like the system's been uh recommended by thousands of hospitals and medical professionals, uh, let's see, says here that the system's already been paid for. Looks like you're getting the system because uh either yourself, a friend, a family member or maybe even someone you know has experienced a fall in the past so uh a***n it's already been paid for so there's no cost to your whatsoever. Also says here that the shipping has already been paid for so to uh schedule the delivery of your Emergency Medical Alert System press 1 uh a***n to uh have your system shipped out to you press 1 now...press 5 to decline the shipment of your system....(me)*****o?" Calls from 732 510-5497 never leaves a voice message. I do not return the calls.

If your phone carrier allows you to both AT&T and Verizon have free. Blocking for 90 days this usually takes you off call cycle

All of our calls have been recorded robo calls that sound like a live caller wanting address to deliver medical alert system someone already paid for. In resear****g this, many people are getting live callers they can't understand or who **** up when you s**** asking questions.

These people call me up to five times perday I am on the do not call list. After recording you get a person they will not connect you to a manager they **** up on you and wont listen I have asked to be taken off this list way to many times yet the still keep calling? Does anyone know how to file a complant a***nst this company?
