That they were calling me to let me know of disability benefits that are available to me. But I asked for my birthday and Social Security. When I asked what do you have in your records they said they weren’t able to disclose that. Sorry that’s BS

House buyer scam. Phishing for info

Texted me that he wants to buy my house. I gave him a very high selling price and he asked how much work the house needed. I told him if this was legit we need to go through lawyers and the price is non-negotiable. I have not heard back from him. I would say he is a scammer.
