It is Kay Jewlers forme and i was 1 day late on a payment because it didnt clear correctly through my bank account and between mine & my husband phones the called 23 times in 1 day s****ing at 7am eastern time and when i try to call them back from the 5 different numbers verying from South Carolina, New Jersey, Washington, Deleware, Flordia ect. i want to turn them in is there anyway i can  because 23 times in 1 day is out of control for just being 1 day late....

Oh and I forgot to mention, that this company will call references listed on applications. So if you haven't done business with this company and you are getting calls. They are probably calling you because you were listed as a reference on someone's application.

This is a debt collection agency trying to collect past due debts for jewelry companies. In my case it is Jared the Galleria of Jewelry. They call a dozen times a day or more. I can't answer even if I wanted to because I work during the hours they call, so they are wasting their time and my phone battery. I will pay it when I can and until then they need to back off. Thinking of reporting the excessive calls. Good luck to you all and keep your head up...things will get better =)

Hey debt collector,Stop harassing people. You obviously didn't graduate high school so you have to collect debts for a living. People pay their bills when they can, and have cir***stances they can't control like medical emergencies. So get off your high horse and get a real job.

This is Sterling Jewlers, they own several jewlery retail stores under various names.  This is thier collections department and they are calling about a past due balance.  It is not a scam.  I was late making my payment and they called me from this number.

AFTER SAYING NO INTEREST FOR 18 MO., THEY SENT ME BILLS, WHICH I WAS PAYING, THEN SENT ME A NOITICE THAT THEY WILL SETTLE THE BILL FOR 40% OFF.  I S****ED TOGETHER THE MONEY WHICH  HAD GROWN BECAUSE OF THE INTEREST AND BEFORE THEY GOT MY CHECK,  THEY SENT ME ANOTHER LETTER TELLING ME I COULD SETTLE FOR 60% OF THE BILL AND SEVERAL MONTHS LATER I A***N GET BILLS FOR THE AMOUNT THE WAIVERED!!

You are a ****, just like your name says. :) They keep harassing me, but they *****ed me and my husband over. We were told we didn't have to pay intrest for 36 months. Our first payment was ONE day late, and they've s****ed charging us intrest out the *****. RIDICULOUS. We pay their bill when we can afford it, but right now it's last priority. Why pay them when they *****ed us and refused to work with us?

this company also has another number i am aware of, im sure they have a million.. so, good thing my phone company offers free call blocking which most do now adays, especially if they are through the cable company, so go call yours and see.. Mine is through suddenlink, which unfortunatley you can only block 12 numbers, but s**t, its certainly helping.. so im off to block this one now too.. OH and by the way.. back in 99 i did buy my EX wife an engagement ring, then her wedding band and of course mine as well, BUT i paid all in cash..  AND I lived in NY way back then, theres no way they'd even know where I was these days.. SO with that said, i know they have to be scammers..  I read else where they ae going by several names in hopes to come across people that owe money to one of those companies.. So weird.. And annoying.. Im going to call them back and b***h i guess, then block the call.. Take care!

This is Kay's Jewelers.  They seem to be nice people and always willing to work with you but they are very aggressive with their calling.  Five or six times a day and even on Sunday.

s****ed calling a couple days ago about twice a day. they leave no message.

Actually this is ANY Sterling Inc Jewelers.  Kays, Jerods, Ostermans, Etc...

this is kay jewellers. pay your bill.  stop robbing this company
