Received a call from 732-664-8649.  Calller ID showed Toms River NJ.  Person with a heavy foriegn accent, very difficult to understand.  Told me there was a cash advance taken out on line in my name and it has not been repaid.  The caller referred to an email address that was not mine.  Requested my correct email to send me information on the law suit and unpaid claim.  Also said his name was Jack Hudson with a law firm.  Caller kept rattling off IP address numbers and information.  However information was never complete.  I never could get him to give me the name, address or other contact information of the firm.  When I asked for information on the firm, I was repeatedly interrupted.  The caller did have my current address, but I never told them it was correct.  I told him to send me information at the address on file and I would take care of it.  I ***g up, immediately typed the number into google.  Scam information linked to that number was readily available.  They called back immediately.  I answered the call, telling them I knew they were a scam and not to call back a***n.  They haven't called back.  I did report the number to several agencies.  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION.
