He said his name was "Rich" called from (732) 685-3698 and claimed to own a website, and will send a female to deliver collection summons for 4,500.00 I called him back and meanwhile s****ed my number each time, until it annoyed him and he threw tantrums and made comments about my mother. he originally claimed to be the owner of Backpage.com and then continued on about suing me for a debt with a free website. a TOTAL scam, report this LOSER to the authorities IMMEDIATLY, End of Discussoin!Extensive phone report searches lead to RICHARD PRELATO @ (732) 685-3698. ( I called back later that night and ASKED for Richard Prelato and was told he had left for the night.)*****oI too just received harassing phone calls from a guy claiming to be the owner of Elite ****** Service. He said his name was Richard Prelato and said I needed to take care of a business matter by 5:00pm. Said he had an envelope with files, and didnt want to go to Police but claims I owe him money for all the credit card charges he had to pay becasue of me?!?!?!. He kept calling my work and after i told him I couldn't recv anymore calls at work he said it wasn't his problem and continued to call me. I told him he could meet me at my local Police Dept, and he agreed and said he was on his way. I'm still waiting!Hello A***n Well as I figured, he never showed up at the Police Station. I did however inform my local Police and provided them with his number and explained how this guy trys to extort money from people like a bully with tough guy tactics. So now that I have his phone number and know he is some low life **** I have decided to call him at all hours of the day and or night and harass him and see how he likes it. He now claims I don't owe him money but informed me that I supposedly met with one of his ladies and beat her up and stole money and car kes from her....lol. Claims she was filing charges as we spoke. Well as of midnight I'm still waiting for the Police to come get me if I supposedly did this. The funny part about it is that this guy doesnt even KNOW me, or what I look like. Soooo, how does one file a report in the first place if you dont even know what the guy looks like? Does he think we are all ******??? Guys don't sweat it, block your phone number from being displayed and call this c@cksu@ker every chance you have!
