This call is Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield Customer Service Line.

Consistently calls from early morning to late evening leaving no message. Will get around 9 calls a day

I didnt answer but its 8am and they spammed me 7 missed calls straight before i blocked them

Called twice. The second time at 10:11pm.

Called at 6:17PM and then a***n at 8:17PM. Did not leave a message.

legitimate companies don't call at 5:34 then 5:57 then 7:43 pm can't even spell Horizon ......

SQM group conducts surveys, most likely I think it was because I did not complete a survey after speaking with Horizon BC/BS about a billing issue.

Called twice, left no message. I also has called Horizon BC/BS and ***g up prior to taking survey.

I think it is Horizon. Seems pretty unprofessional for a big company like that to call and not leave a voicemail. Very very annoying

This number called my cell phone when I answer they ***g up then called my husband cell when he answered they ***g up they keep calling and ****ing up

I thought they said SUM group, maybe it's SQM. I did call bcbs the day before, but I don't want to be surveyed so your a spammer and now blocked

I did call horizon health ins yes****ay, today I am getting calls from this #, no message left. I think it is the horizon survey calling, because yes****ay I **** up before I got to the survey.
