Called my home today. Caller ID said CMS for Capital Magezine Service. Asked survey questions. Then wanted me to have a gift card and free magazines. Didnt think and gave my name and addy. ****** me.

The person that answered said they were doing a local television survey. LOCAL the number is from New Jersey area code and I live in Central USA. {O.o} I wondered what exactly are they doing after we answer. What are they getting? It doesn't make sense. One thing I know I make sure I said NO load just in case if you answer yes to anything they will use that to charge your number. {^__^}

Do***ebag called and ***g up when I answered.  I persistently called back and got someone on the line.  The lady that answered said it was GSR.  She wanted to do a short survey regarding Televison.Buh Bye, I ***g up.

with qwest dial *57 after 3 times in a sertin period of time they advise them to quit and you can get leal infomation on how to sue them for hurassment and get there phone line shut off....complain to FCC lets shut them down!

This call has s****ing coming through our 911 system lines. MOM  as comes up we cannot return the call or find any information to file charges on the company.

Who do we report it to?

They call at least 3-4 times a week. Am so tired of this. ***ody is there and it wastes my time. I even put call block on it and it still comes through. At least we have caller id and can ignore the call.

My phone rang. I answered it. I said "hello", no one replied, but I heard a female voice st., "it works" and then they ***g-up disconnected. I have called the # back, only to be told that 'the mailbox is full and unable to rec. any messages, please try back later'. The caller id above the # is M.O.M.

It is ilegall.If you don’t owe any one or if its a pest call trying to sell you, etc and they call you more than 3 times you can sue. I did and I got my settlement today. It cost them more than $3,000 to pester me. Most legal firms that do this work do it for no cost to you.

I realize bottom feeders have to make living too. The one that called just ***g up. Getting the quota calls in I guess.

Too many of these types of callers out there. They call, **** up, what a waste of my time.  But I guess if they did speak I would **** up anyway, I hate these type of calls

Showded up as M.O.M. Didn't answer, ***g up. Bunch of noises. Called back and said mailbox was full. Called 04-20-10 at 10:21AM.

They called me asking about my personal opinion...on how I prefer getting news. Internet, T.V. or Newspaper. I told her I don't take phone surveys, and she ***g up. I understand people have to make a living, but why the heck do they have to be a bother while doing so..?

I also received a call from this number today with the person ****ing up. I'd like to stop this person or have them stopped.

Yes, MOM called here to and ***g up before I could answer. I was having breakfast, water boiling and I had the radio on. By the time I turned off the stove and the radio I was too late. The only thing worse is getting out of the shower to answer one of these calls. What a nuisance!

Same thing.  Clicking sound then no one there.These are common.  I suspect an autodialer that callsseveral at once or calls while the caller is busyharassing some one else.Should be illegal to make a call when there is noreasonable cause to think that the caller will beable to initiate communication.New Jersey is full of low life criminal types.Mafia country.

I got the same Caller ID and number but this was a live person saying, "We are taking a business survey." I told her to f*ck off and ***g up.
