Leave a CommentMy 60 year old grandmother received a call from this company today and because she was interested in renewing the warranty on her truck, she believed it to be a legit call. She stated that the man told her that she would have to pay a $370+ down payment and a monthly payment for 15 months, but did not disclose the amount of the monthly payments. The first gentleman told her that someone would call her back to verify the information, and once the second man called, he told her that he would have to pay $120 a month for 15 months, and she stated that she could not afford that and did not want the warranty and would look elsewhere for a warranty. The other gentleman then got back on the phone and told her that they recorded her agreeing to that monthly payments and that THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE HER CARD. How can you make someone get so****ing when they do not want it? After trying to force her into paying so****ing that she could not afford, they called back and stated that she had never activated her card, and wanted her to activate the card so that they can charge her for service that she did not want to begin with. They have been calling her number multiple times today. Whatever the mistake was as to why they could not use the card, GREAT! This is ****, and very upsetting that there are cruel people out there trying to scam and take advantage of people. I googled the number, and saw that many others were concerned and had complaints about this number. The news warns us about such scams, and although we may not see ourselves as possible victims, we all are subject to these CROOKS. PLEASE BE AWARE!!!

Received a phone call from a guy named Steve earlier in the week. I lied to him that the person he was looking for was not available and that he was not interested in their services. Then this a**hole Steve calls from this number. Told him that this company is a fraud and ****s up on me. Time to call the BBB on this company.
The salesman wanted me to buy a warranty on my car. When I told him that It has 70,000 miles on it and that I was not going to worry about it, He told me,"I guess you got plenty of money" in a Nasty way. I prefer If this company don't ever call me back.
