Text asking to buy rx for cheaper

I got the same messages as everyone else, but it really ticked me off because it came at 3am. How are they getting away with this. I seem to be getting these texts more and more and cant stop them. ugh!!!

"Order Percocet, ******, ***** No Doctor Required! online now at www.newrxdiscount.com". Some how they have my phone number. Is this a ploy to get my email address too?

I got some ****** nonsense from this number. I'd love to find out how or why my phone number got out - spam text messages are possibly the most infuriating form of solicitation.
