Won't stop calling

They call over and over. Never anyone on the line to complaine to. Very annoying.

This middle east person keeps calling me and they either **** up when I answer the phone or they do not say anything. I am filing a compliant with the FCC.

6 times in the last week! Don't leave messages. Annoying!

I have had many, many calls from this number.  Never leaves a message.  I did not want any more calls so I answered and waited for a real person.  It took awhile.  The person inquired about my website and as soon as I said it was for personal use he ***g up on me.  It looks like they are trolling for business websites in which the domain is about to expire.

Repeated calls. No one speals when answered, but backgound noise till they quickly **** up. I it to be a wrong number the first few times.

Just had a call from this number. There was absolutely no substance to the call.  The individual just kept saying "hello?"..."hello?"..."hello?"  Never saying more than that even when I responded.  Looks like a prank caller to me.

Thanks to everyone for the information reported before this. I did not pick up the phone, but note that I just did put together a site with godaddy.com and the site is fine and I need no further design help.

I got in touch with a person on this number and asked if they had ever heard of the FCC. I told them to stop calling me and he said he would take my # off of his list. I also filed a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry.

I talked to this number yes****ay on my cell phone, and politely said 'no thank you'. Today,I have a missed call from them a***n. Same as the other posts here. It's annoying when you get one call, but to get repeated calls after denying service, politely, is just frustrating, rude, and company's who do so should be fined.

F*** em. Long delay before they s**** talking, and sounded like mentally ******ed person online once he did s**** talking. I notice everyone is just complaining online about this number. Instead of *****ing to them, next time lead them on and ask ****** questions to frustrate the loser  on the other end! Lots of fun to be had! Just like prank calling someone back in school, but now they save you the trouble of picking a number to dial!

He was trying to sell web design products and would not give up. Very frustrating.

Mojo, thanks for posting the info on these jokers. For anyone else who gets a call from them, they have a Do Not Call Policy (what other business has to put a link like that on their website!?!) in the bottom right corner of their site. You can call (and speak to a real person) and ask them to remove your number from their call list.

(I did that about 4 years ago, but it's a graphic so a crawler won't see it.  Gives me an easy way to know if they've actually looked at the site or just gotten my number trolling whois or register.com or whatever.)Never missed a beat.  S****ed into his spiel. I asked him what the name of his company was.  Could you spell that?  Read it back to him.  Then explained that the number he'd dialed was in the national and State Do Not Call Registries, and I didn't want to hear from them a***n.  He said he'd make a note of it. (tapping noises in background)We'll see.  But at least I know now who they are, and can hand them over to the AG's office if they call me a***n.  I might even tell 'em first.  Or not.

This number has called my cell every morning for the past 6 days.

I got a call from Ria Enjolie web site svcs several weeks ago, and listened to the heavily accented man for 20 mins before saying I had to talk to my partner about it.  We decided it wasn't for us, and I emailed him saying so, and asking him not to call me.  He called me anyway, and I said we weren't interested and ***g up.  He called right back but I didn't answer.  I didn't hear from them a***n, so I decided that the matter was finished.  Then, yes****ay, I received a call from this number and there was no answer.  Grrrr~~

Make sure you use the correct phrase: "Please put me on your do-not-call list."  Asking them to "take me off your list" doesn't help because when the new list come sin you're right back on it.  The do-not-call list is supposed to be separate and permanent, so ask them to put your number on that.

Caller has tried to cold call to sell an internet product at least twice in the last 2 days.

Keeps calling asking for owner of business i told him that I was not interested in anything he had to offer and he kept calling for days with the same thing... I am the owner of the business and the person whom he was looking for does not even work here nor have they ever, and he insisted that they were the owner... he continues to call and interupting my business employee's and myself..

Since these *****s never seem to give up, I simply put the phone in front of a speaker on my desk that plays music all day.  Then I'll hear, "Hello?  Hello?  Hello, anyone there...*****o?"  Figure it this way, they call... it costs THEM money the longer they're on the line.

Same story as everybody else.I registered a domain name about a month and a half ago, and within a few days, I got a call from Register.com trying to up-sell me.  It was a very polite, well spoken American woman who laughed at the comical nature of my domain name when she said it.  She also was taken by surprise and responded positively when I told her I was a seasoned web development professional and would be handling everything myself.  That was no problem, and was fully appropriate.  The call ended there and they have not bothered me since.But over the last 3 weeks, I've received 2 calls from this number.  Both times they ***uely asked to speak to the "owner of the business" or "operator of the website".  Given that they didn't know my name, I immediately knew it was not a solicited call.  As soon as I asked any sort of question or gave them a negative response, they either pushed on with another question, repeated the question, or ***g up.  Both times, they had foreign accents.  The number comes up as NJ, USA on my iPhone's caller ID.This reminds me very much of the snail-mail scams I see all the time that alert me that my domain name is "expiring soon" and that I should transfer to them as soon as possible at their "low" rate.  It's not any cheaper, and the transfer would forfeit any prepaid duration on the domain.  Also, most of the time, they are alerting me that my domain is expiring soon when I have like 10 more years to go.

If you own a domain name, they're pulling the whois information and calling you trying to sell you a "new website for your business."I just paid the 8/yr with my host to close my information.

They've called my cell twice in recent days.  It's the same pattern as others report:  they **** up after about 4 rings and do not leave a message.  I am not interested in talking to them.

Someone from this company called me at 7am yes****ay and a***n at 1:30pm today. Did not leave a message either time. When I called back, I asked to speak to someone and demanded that they remove my phone number from their records. We'll see if they actually follow through.

When they asked for the owner of the business, I asked them "What business?" and then asked "Who is calling, please?" and he ***g up on me.  This HAS to be some sort of violation of the DO NOT CALL, I plan to report to BBB.

I have been registered on the donotcall.gov site for several years now, and s****ed receiving calls from this number recently.  I registered a complaint with donotcall.gov.  Telemarketers and solicitors, are the s*** of the earth.

They did the same thing to me, but then they called back the next day and kept asking for the owner of the business. They must buy the name from register.com and other sites and then call asking if you want extra help. It sounded like it was outsourcing. ANNOYING!
