Schlesinger is legitimate - they are a market researcy firm in edison NJ. I know they do a lot of medical market research for drug companies, I don't know what elseThey are well established and respectable.

that is a legitimate phone call from  Shlesinger****ociates, they do research and paid market studies.

I just got a call from these people saying they were from Bank of America and wanted to do a survey where I'd get paid $100. They knew my name and I was very su****ious so I said no.

Its a marketing and research business, they are probably gathering generic information, statistical B.S. and whatnot.  I wouldn't be too concerned, and I wouldn't waste my time with them either.  I did not answer because I did not know the number but the message was from a female who told me they were not trying to sell stuff but conduct research on marketing information; requested I call back which I won't, hence the not wasting my time.

the person said their name was karina. they said they were from verizon and then asked for my dad. they said it was regarding a study group...which makes NO sense....then i ***g up...that was freaky

They called,left no message.  I can tell you for a fact, I haven't registered with someone to do surveys.
