They keep calling me phone repeatably, because like someone above stated my GF got her carpets done and referred me.  I am on the Do Not Call List, I told them to quit calling me I was not interested. The calls stopped for about a month. I do not want there ****** free cleaning. Or another Kirby we are going to re-do the hardwood floors. I have about ten phone calls from them, never leave a message. I am going to block there number. Some cell companies allow this (FYI).This business is named Rhino and****ociates.  They claim they are "Kirby" as in vacuums. Quit pushing your **** on people and STOP calling my PHONE now!!!

calls my cell phone everyday at the same time and will not leave a message and continues to call my cell phone everyday and I WANT IT TO STOP NOW

I got the phone call today from 734-***-4700.  It is a business named Rhino and****ociates.  They claim they are "Kirby" as in vacuums.  I missed the call and called them back and she claimed that we entered a drawing in one of their stores to win a cleaning.  I told her that we would not have done that.  Reason for that is we know it's a sales ploy...anything that they can do to get into your home to sell you a vacuum.  I used to work for Kirby years ago as a telemarketer doing just that, trying to schedule cleanings so that the sales people could sell vacuum's.  She then asked for our number and went on to remove it.  This was the first call we ever received from them and is the last.  Good luck to all of you, if you want them to stop calling, put yourself on the do not call list and call em back and tell them to remove you from their system.

It's "Rhino****ociates" and they are, in fact, a legitimate vendor for Kirby vacuum cleaner.

This number has called me at least 10 times in 3 days. I'm at work, so unable to answer. But when I did call back it said so****ing like Reinhold and****ociates, or so****ing of that nature. No Kirby here.

This number IS from a Kirby vacuum salesperson. My girlfriend gave them my number because she did receive a free carpet cleaning by enduring a salesptich...she said they did an excellent job, there was no pressure, and she did not purchase anything. If you are into that kinda thing, it may be worth it. But is a legit salesperson, and sounds like they do work on word of mouth....so blame someone that knows you for giving out your number! I did!

I called the company and complained. They told me they call numbers given to them by someone such as a friend or family member( I do not believe that), to recieve a free carpet cleaning coupon and some other discounts that I blocked out. I told her I just wanted to get off of their list. She took the number and said I was off. We shall see...

Please stop calling me as I believe you are a telemarketer.  Or, leave a message on the voice mail and I will call you back if I want to engage your services.
