Their phone has been updated and my number was on their contact list and they wanted my name.

They said they were updating their phone and my number was in their contacts and they wanted to know what my name was.

They claimed to be from aetna health care and wanted to do an over the phone interview. Caller ID said Dexter.

They Threatening me and putting forth charges

Wanted to wish my husband ( I answered his phone) a Happy Birthday. NOt even close on the Date of his Bday Said that BCBS had just s****ed this program and they missed his birthday LOL. NOT. Did not ask for any information. Blocked his number

They wished wife happy birthday and to make an appointment with physician.

He claimed he was calling on behalf of Blue Cross. He s****ed rambling on and complaining about why we were not answering his calls and claimed that why would we be going out when there is a snowstorm. If he was calling on behalf of Blue Cross, he was totally out of line and unprofessional.

When asked why he was calling during dinner, he claimed he forgot the time zone difference and that he was calling from Arizona. (Note: landline number, registered in Dexter, Michigan which matched my caller ID.) He claimed to be offering a “deal” from Blue Cross. I ***g up.
