I have just contacted my local police department this company has been harrasing me for several months at work and on my cell number. I have been told im going to jail and paperwork is getting sent to the courthouse etc... I am waiting to see if the police can stop them from calling me.

That might be true that Cash advance sells the list, I did take a loan from them, it was almost impossable to get it paid, but I did, and will never ever borrow money that way a***n, and yes i was just contacted by this number and was yelled at and tactics were used to intimidate me, so I am glad that I checked this number out and found that they are a scam, I am  20 and did get scared that maybe some how I did so****ing wrong.  Am now relieved to find out i wasnt alone!  They are crooks!!

I also got calls from them.  They did say I owed a debt to Cash advance, I knew better, I have never ever taken one of those loans.   But wonder if those pay day loans sell the list to these people, how do they get the names and phone numbers and peoples addresses?  If cash advance or any pay day places does sell the list, they too should be investigated!  And put to task !

I also recieved intimidating calls from this company, I did some research and found they are in Lancaster, OH.  And listed as Level 3 communications LLC.   They need to be put out of business forever.  Cant believe that the FBI hasnt done anything as of yet.

They are trying to scam people and get money. They are out of Ohio and use harassing scare tactics.  Every one needs to file a complaint a***nst them!  They need to be put in American prisons!

I also have received the same calls, I have also filed a complaint with the FBI, Its illegal to impersonate an officer,  There calls and messages are scary, they let me know that they have my address, and my SS#. That is intimidating. I was told to western union them money.  I asked to see what papers that they had, and for them to fax it to me, I never got the fax.

Yes I have also received harassing calls from that number, For several months, they claim that I owe them money and must send them money or be arrested, by western union, I ask them to fax me over the paper work on this alleged money that I owe, and I get ***g up on, they don't hardly speak English, but yet says his name is officer Bob Stone, when I called this number back, I was told that I was speaking to Officer Stones supervisor, and got ***g up on a***n.  Its scary to have some one call and threaten you constantly.  there has to be a law a***nst it!!

The individual for this number calls with fraudulant information claiming to be from an investigative service and states that information will be set to state.  When contacted back he refers you to his supervisor who by mistake indentified his company as Cash Advance.

These people have called harassing my wife many times claiming she's being investigated for fraud.  They say they are with the FBI.  Today she received 9 messages on her cell phone, leaving 1 voice mail.  As she was too frantic to listen, I listened and it sounded like someone who's calling on an outside patio with a bunch of other callers (makeshift call center?).  The accent definitely suggests English is not their first language; it almost sounds like a mix of Middle Eastern and Russian.  She reported it to the local police who said they cannot do anything unless it's do***ented the caller calls 10 times in a 24-hour period.  Please, people, if you receive calls from 'blocked number' or 'unavailable', let it ring so you can do***ent the trail.  Better yet, if they can leave a voice mail.  I called the number they left on the voice mail and called back (blocked my number first) and it sounded like the same location but different person.  So this is obviously a multip******son operation and they need to be stopped somehow.
