Caller said her name was Sarah Norman and claimed that there was a pending claim a***nst my sister through Fairfield County. Caller gave a case # a***nst her and stated she had a legal right to contact the office through the legal department. I attempted to return the call but the phone just rang with no option to leave a message. I call BS

Caller advised that legal claim was being filed and included a claim ID number for reference upon returning their call. A specific county was stated, a call back number (which was different from the original caller’s number), and if I didn’t follow through with the direction I would be located at which point nothing could be revised.
