I just got a text from them and found the number on here, Either Darren Moore ^^ works for the scam company or he is a few drops short of a widdle!Why would anyone in their right mind use a solicitor from a company which needs to get business by mass spamming unsolicited text messages??I am guessing Daz is a few quid down now or will be very soon (good luck though! don't get me wrong, I'm not saying you are gullible or anything!)I would say do not reply to this text and if your phone company has a blocking service, use it!

Its a scam because some of us receiving the texts are told they have records of an accident when there has been no such event that has taken place.

I rang this number earlier today and they are a personal injury company,they are now dealing with my claim for compensation and are sending a solicitor out to see me this week. So i dont understand how this is a scam ?

Had a message this morning from the above number asking me to get in contact. Saying there database shows I could get £4000 for the accident I had. Recognised straight away it was some kind of scam. Number has been deletws.

I have received the following text message a number of times over the last 3 months:"Oue database shows that you are en***led up to £4000 compensation for your car accident. Claim NO WIN NO FEE call 08001120039 or reply Yes for a callback"I've not had ana accident, car or otherwise, If I had, I certainly would use a reputable company to handle my claim (such as my insurance company, after all that's what I pay them for), not some random company that touts for business via text messageing.Don't bother replying to this text message, or calling the 0800 number, it's just a ruse to check if your number exists. If you do reply or call, you will be inundated with textx and phone calls indefinately, both day and night. My girl friend answered, now she has a new phone number!!!
