This is a # for a debt collector in Houston Texas. They called my wife about a supposed debt form a Capital One CC that she had cancelled 4 months ago. I called the number back that came up caller ID "(740)313-4351" and asked gentleman that answered where their company was located, and he said Houston Texas. I said, "oh that is interesting, the area code that I called is from the central Ohio area, and you are located in Texas? He said , yes, and that the company does it to eliminate long distance charges. I accused him of "s****ing" their #'s and the illegality of doing it, and he ***g up on me. The bottom feeding debt collection get smarter, or think they are any way, with ***** tricks like this. Be smart, research and do you homework on your rights under the FDCPA.

Called my house and asked specifically for me and then threw out a birthdate to my husband and wanted to know if it was mine. My husband said it wasn't mine. But I hope he didn't tell them that. If so then he just made it easier to guess which one is!

I had a missed call from this place and have never delt with them. I've never called one of these debt recovery businesses so I'm not sure how/where they got my phone number from. Clearly they don't check to see if their customers are giving them a valid phone number.

Claimed some person we never heard of was using us as a reference for credit. Left this call back number:

Calls and wants me to verify info about an account.I say if they want me to verify they already know it I'm not giving out my info to some number I don't know

Caller left no message.

It is a debt recovery business.  They call and never leave a message.
