An inmate at the Central Correctional Facility wanted my number added to their list of approved callers

Voicemail states it was from the north central correctional ins***ution and wanting me to confirm that i was authorized to make decisions for my number and to add me to an allowed list of callers for this offender. Male identified himself as “I love you” but nothing more.

It's a call from an offender in odrc, a friend if mine who's in northc entral correctional ins***ution.

I think the call ID said Marion penitentiary , there was some ****led sound that said go blue, difficult to discern. It's not a familiar number to me.
