This number called my phone several times. It’s listed as SpamRisk

They are noted as “Spam Risk” on my cellphone. When i call it it says, “Thank you for calling Complete Recovery, your cable company’s equipment return partner.” Then the message asks you to press an option for English or Spanish. I avoided this because I DO NOT OWE EQUIPMENT to ANY cable company. I think this is a scam or an error or spam or phishing for financial info. They claim to be a partner of xfinity? NOT GOOD. WHAT IS THIS??
