calls and ask for a deceased person.
It is VERY important not to talk to them. They record everything and will try to re-initiate your debt and s**** reporting a***n to your credit bureau as new unpaid debt. Do not make a single payment or divulge who you are. They are extremely crooked criminal-types!
After checking the internet about this company this a debt collector, I have no outstanding debts. So quit bothering me.

They are a junk debt buyer, sent them a cease and desist/debt validation letter. Run a google search for several different types of letter examples you can use. DO NOT TALK TO THEM, but take pix of when they call on your caller id, you might need these later.
APPEL À 1H29 PM.
they keep calling using different numbers and sometimes it id's them as AACC??? now I do not know who they are or wwhy the are ca;;ing.
they keep calling and dont leave a message
They call everyday. When I answer they **** up on me. I don't know who they are. I think it is a cell phone, since I can text them and it goes thru. It doesn't bounce back as a landline.
I have gotten calls every 2 hours on my phone from this number, every day for the past month. They don't leave a message. Once I picked up the call and they asked for personal credit information and when I asked them to identify themselves, they ***g up on me.
Crystal from AACC called at 5:24 PM PST from 7572092019 demanding personal information then ***g up.
The caller ID says AACC. I MAINLY have home phone service in order to get internet service. I keep the ringer turned to lowest. I NEVER answer the phone unless it is someone I know or want to talk to , like family, friends, etc... I don't have voice mail or and answering ma****e on my home phone so all any annoying callers get is a constant ring and never an answer. My phone has a Mute Ringer feature so I don't have to listen to the phone ringing until they **** up. They do EVENTUALLY give up. Some take longer than others, but they do give up. I have registered ALL unwelcome repeat callers onhttps://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspxThis helps, but there is the occasional caller who ignores.I use my cell phone anyway and I NEVER give the number to ANYONE except family and friends ONLY.
Called today and my message was "Hello? *****o???" Don't sweat these idiots. If you want to answer it, ask them questions in a nice, yet sincere tone; find out their name, company, and business location. Then, tell then they are violating your privacy rights, and that you are reporting them to the Attorney General! When companies bother me, I just call them back and gripe and threaten so much that they end up leaving me alone. When you are worse then them, they get the hint.
what a bunch of *****s!! they called my wife trying to collect a $300 CREDIT CARD debt from 1987 (she was 17)
this number has bin calling my house every day now for a week, I dont answer numbers on my caller id that I dont know, they dont leave A message so I will not call them back.
The following appears on my called I D: AACC. I have no clue??? Never leaves a message. ****s up. They call daily.
I admit I do have some debt and its not old it is still on my credit report and all. Should I still try to work things out with them or with the actual bank that I owe?
AACC pain in the***
The lady said she was trying to collect a past due car loan and needed to talk to "Jamie". I told her she had the wrong number. I've had my phone number for 3 years and I'm not Jamie so it makes me wonder what this company is about. I didn't think they were supposed to disclose info like that. I'm glad I looked this up.
Continually calls and asks for person that does not live at this address.
these people called my house this morning at 11:22am but did not leave a message (I never answer this line anymore because only annoying people call it). I called them back on this long distance number, talked to a person who identified herself as Eva Burns then asked 'what is your name sir?'. I replied, "I'm going to give you my phone number, I'm not a man, area code *******-****, take this number out of your database'. She said, "okay, I will take it out". We'll see......
Caller ID says AACC. Never leaves message. Has called numerous times in last two months.
THIS COMPANY CALL ME EVERYDAY AND DON'T LEAVE A MESSAGE. WHEN I ANSWER THEY **** UP AND DON'T DSAY NOTHING.
Asset Acceptance, eh? Well, for their troubles of calling my unlisted number daily, not answering when I pick up, and ****ing up on me, and the fact that I have no past debts or current ones, they can be just as annoyed. A recording asks for Kim A. Johnson and says to **** up if I am not her, so I do.
The company is****et Acceptance, a collection company!
Keep calling store but never leave a message.
Has called my cell phone five times during work. I have to have it with me in case of family emergencies but can't have other personal calls at work. If they keep calling me, I'll lose my job. If I lose my job, I can't help but feel I'll have some sort of recourse. They've never left messages. I even answered one time and they ***g up on me. I called the number back, I got no company name but a "We're waiting for the next available representative" line. I let my phone sit for 20 minutes with the speakerphone on, no "representative" ever got on the line.
This is why a nice can of freon attached to a boat horn comes in handy. It is VERY effective and, hopefully, causes permanent hearing loss to the person on the other end of the harassing phone call.
Leaves no message.
Debt collectors....calling about debts almost 20 years old that are no longer valid. Do not send them money, do not talk to them.
Keep calling asking for someone I do not knowl
Called my home number, left no message. Caller ID says "AACC."
These people have called me numerous times. It is very annoying. I plan to file a complant a***nst them as I am on the Do Not Call list. I have been advised that you can now file charges a***nst them
It is****et Acceptance Corporation, a debt collector. I can tell you from past experience and what I have read on the Internet that these guys are the bottom-feeder debt collectors. DO NOT talk to them, just ignore the calls. What they do is buy old debts, let's say the debt was 10 years old, they try to collect on it & they put the date of the debt as being recent. In otherwords, the debt is supposed to be OFF your credit report but because these guys lie about the original date of the debt they keep trying to collect. I'm serious, don't try to work anything out with these guys or you'll be REALLY sorry.
Called ID says AACC. I say "another telemarketer who leaves no message."
