It's****et Acceptance, one of the worst.  Don't talk to this trash because you'll get nowhere.There is some question whether they might be scam artists.  Therefore it really is in your best interest to have NO communication with them whatsoever.  Even letting them for sure whether the person they are seeking lives at the phone number called can be extremely dangerous if they are scam artists.Don't answer, don't talk to them.  You are under no legal obligation whatsoever to do so.

3rd call in 2 months.Called at 9:02am, didn't get to phone in time, they didn't leave message.I called them back.  Got "Asset Acceptance".  Asked them who they were trying to reach.  They gave me a name I've never heard of.  I told them I'd never heard of such a person & they were calling the wrong person's personal cell #.  "Tiffany" claimed she would remove my number.  We'll see.  If not, I'll send them a WRITTEN cease & desist letter warning them they are violating the Federal statute: Fair Debt Collection Practices Act & the CA Rosenthal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and refer the matter to my attorney.Also reported to DONOTCALL.gov

these people also claim to be from the Social Security office, looking for a jennifer macdonald, can't help but feel that they are scamming the elderlythey were using a different number, and have c****ed it now to this and the caller id, AACCindeed....

Just got a call from this number.  Some type of collection agency.  A recorded message looking for someone that doesn't live here.

2nd call in 2 weeks to private cell phone. This time a RECORDING stated it was a call for some totally random person.  (Happens to have the same first name).  Tried calling the # back to tell them to CEASE&DESIST contacting the wrong person or they'd be violating the Rosenthal Fair Debt Collection Act.

Called private cell phone. ID showed "Unknown Name". Left no message.  I have no debt/owe no one any money.

They keep calling and don't leave a message OR leave a message for someone that we have never heard of -- they also call WAY to early!!!!!!!

various times and no answer when i say*****o just a dial tone..... ***  arent they wasting money dialing?

I'm on the Do not call list but I keep getting calls from this number.

Received at least 2 calls, no messages, within this week.

They keep calling from this number for someone who does not live here.  I refuse to take the calls

They keep calling and when I answer, no one is there. When I let the ma****e get it, it says "This message is for (name). By continuing to listen, you are acknowledging that you are (name)." Then it stops and is dead air until the ma****e cuts off.

these folks kept calling me .when you pick up ,they dont say anything. i smell fraud.

The phone rang once and there was no answer.  We have a very common last name and get many collection agency calls.  It is very annoying!

I wish these people would just stop calling 205-398-3367 or 205-398-2122.They call all time of day and night.  I wish they would go away.
