I rec'd a call, on my cell, from this number late afternoon today. I let it roll to voicemail. No message, but you can hear background noise. Telemarketer?? Not sure... but it is not an individual.

same thing for me too. Goes to vm but just background noise. Don;t know anyone in the Jamestown, VA area.

Received a call but did not answer.  The message on my voice mail contained no voice - only background noise.

Calls numerous times everyday, had told them this is a cell # and no one by this name is at this #.  Doesn't matter.  Just tired of wasting my minutes answering

Called mid morning, call went into VM, no one spoke but a few seconds of background noise can be heard before unknown caller ***g up. Have no idea who this is. I know no one living in the area code and prefix of this number.
