Can't call back does not ring just ****s you up...

I also have been receiving calls from the R & B Corporation at 757-223-5*** and I tried calling it back. It says it is not a working number.  It leaves a message with a call back number but you can not understand the message.

female voice message - a real person, not automated said "call me regarding an important business matter" and left a reference number. Stated 'this is not a sales call' and repeated the number to call or left a toll 'free' (HA HA HA) number of 1-877-277-6336. The call came from 1-757-223-5*** but said to return the call to 1-757-873-3667, which is a newport news, va exc****e. It is about a medical bill that was paid by my primary insurance co. and ex-husbands secondary insurance for an ER bill from 2 years ago. his insurance was cancelled before the hospital filed, but since the insurance was active during the visit but inactive when they filed, they want me to pay the extra $500 they didn't get from the insurance. Not my problem. They didn't file in a timely fashion and insurance said, "bite me, we're not paying" so they came after me. Whatever.

call serveral times a day what the hecks wrong with these people!
