They called me, I just happen to have a brother that is an Attorney, so to see if they are legit we call them together. I tell them up front, as by law you have to, that this conversation is being recorded & my attorney is presently listening. They sputtered around, trying to talk over me, saying I owed some debt, I said ok, if I owe it I will pay it. By Law Creditors have to send you so****ing in writing if they are trying to collect. So I said send me so****ing in writing, they refused, I said by law you cannot say I owe so****ing unless you can prove it. So take me to court, you have broken the law already. I owe no debt, I never had whatever internet loan they talked about, I dont carry ANY debt. I work in Finance, if for some reason I needed a loan, I could get one through my own company with rate discounts, why would I go on the internet? They ***g up on me & have never called back. you s**** talking & they panick, def a scam, do not give them time of day.

A guy from an Indian call center called me non-stop until I picked up at my job.  Little did he know he was calling the Federal Govt and they are tracking the location.  He said his name was Peter Smith...lol.  Immediately I knew what it was about because they called me before.  These people say call back by 5 pm or else they are pressing charges. They try to frighten people so they pay up and stop charges from being filed.  These people also knew my SSN# and read it to me on the phone.  They got my information on-line from an application for a payday loan. When I asked them their address and where they are from, you can tell they didn't know what to say. They said they're from ******ia. I asked them about their weather there and he ***g up on me. I recommend everyone to get a iden***y protection and check periodically.  Hopefully they get busted soon because innocent people are getting robbed. These people are the s*** of the Earth for what they do.

MY HUBBY GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER TODAY STATING THAT THEY WERE LOOKING FOR MY MOM. I CALLED THEM BACK AND THEY COULDNT GIVE ME ANY INFO ON WHAT THEY WANTED HER FOR. THEN I CALLED BACK AND THEY TRIED TO TELL ME SHE OWED AN INTERNET LOAN. I TOLD THEM TO FAX ME INFO ON IT AND THEY DIDNT. I PRINTED ALL HER BANK STATEMENTS AND TOOK TO LOCAL POLICE.

I've been getting voice mails.  The # on the incoming call simply shows "0000"  The message is almost exactly the same everytime (script).  Its an indian man telling me i need to call 7572558591 ASAP or I would be arrested.  I figured it was an online loan scam, but I researched to verify.  I guess they've been at this for awhile.  What a disgraceful way to make a living.

This guy claimed to be "Officer SinClair" and that he worked for the Dpeartment of Crime Prevention. He stated I had a lawsuit a***nst me and would be arrested. He read me my rights. He also stated that someone would come to my work or home to arrest me. He actually had my SSN!!!!! He ended up ****ing up on me after awhile.

I just a phone call from "Robert Matthews" (an indian pretending to be american) warning me that I was being sued for money that I never received. He had my address, phone number, place of employment, where i banked and ssn#.  He never mentioned the amount of money I supposedly received or th company that I received it from. Freaky! Who knows so****ing about the people?!? Who do I call?!?

I keep getting calls from this india speaking rep stating that i need to call them right away about a pending legal matter. I checked with an attoney  and these people are a scam. Do not call them back and do not give them any info.
