I too received The same threatening phone calls on my landline from the same David Gray threatening me and saying that calling him back could avoid prosecution, etc.

Got several calls from this David Gray with all the same information as everyone else on here. Threatens me with legal action by a federal agency and claims to be from the US Treasury. Have blocked a couple of other numbers in the past few months that have called and left the same message. I don't answer my phone if the caller is not identified so there is always a voice mail from this ****. PLEASE someone STOP him from sending these recordings!

Got the call this morning a recording the man said he was with the U.S. Treasury Department he said that I need to call this number 757-2634907 so he could help me to avoid going before the magistrate. I may not be the sharpest tool in the shed but I am not ****** I knew this was a scam from the s****.

Just received call (on my answering ma****e) same story as all the rest. Why hasn't this guy been arrested!!??

We had a call from this guy saying he's going to take us to face the magistrate if we did not call him back!! His call was from the state of ******ia. He has call several times. Will someone please arrest him!!!! Or at least take his phone away!!

I am a senior - I received this call as has so many others - I merely had my phone reject this number and deleted the call. Please understand that any official call from any department of the federal government is not valid unless you requested a return call. Normally, you will receive mail from any governmental agency so just ignore these "scare" tactics for whatever reason they are made to your phone.

Have received three calls so far from this man. I let all my calls go to an answer ma****e. Message always says needs my immediate attention and to call so he can help not to appear before a judge or grand jury. Doesn't ask for anyone by name. Says his name is David Grey. I think it might be a scare tactic for money. Just my opinion.

I get calls like this frequently from a man who is quite belligerent, telling me this requires my serious attention to avoid appearing before a magistrate judge or grand jury for a federal criminal offense. He left a message yes****ay, but didn't give his name or a company name...just wants me to contact him so he can help me. I have never committed any federal offense and will not be returning this call.

How can we report to the law enforcement to check on this guy/

Yes David Gray. Posing as a federal agent is a federal offense, punishable by prison and a large fine
