Just an update to my previous post, I went to CKS financial website (googled it) i posted basically what i posted on this site and I was contacted by John Sanders via email. He gave me his cellphone# and i called and talked to him about what happened I can tell he was genuine and sincere, he stated that all of his calls were recorded and****ured me that he does not tolerate this behavior, so if you have a similar experiance or want to share anything google CKS financial and go to the "contact us" part and leave him a message he will personally call you back.

I was contacted by David Wells 757-271-2746who wished to speak with my husband (who at the time was at work) David Wells asked me if i was his wife, I explained to Mr. Wells that I was not up for speaking to himabout any of my husbands debts, he called back 2 more times.David Wells was so extremly rude to me, he talked over me, he yelled at me he demanded info about my husbands employment or where abouts, yet he refused to disclose where he was calling from or what the call was about, he yelled at me even louder, I explained to him that I do not have to listen to this, this was not my debt, he yelled into the phone call the police, call the police! then he stated he had no desire to talk with me and ***g up on me, he talked over me and treated me like a child i was to stop talking when he s****ed even if i was initially talking. to make a long story short he will not be able to conduct buisness efficiently if he is going to berate people. i got the #804-657-5050 from one of the previous complaints on this page, i called it and i was able to find out the company's name was CKS financial.

I receive prerecorded messages on a business line from 757-271-2746, 757-215-1920, and 804-657-5050. They are all from the same company, although the message identifies Ms. Allen, Sherry Martinez, and John Sanders. Via a Google search I discovered that they appear to be debt collectors. I immediately filed a complaint with the FCC because it appears these calls violate Federal laws: the callers do not identify themselves as debt collectors, they do not specify the name of the company the caller represents, and they do not specify for whom they are leaving the message. I would encourage anyone who receives such messages to go to the FCC website and file a complaint!

I called the number listed above and after being transferred a few times I spoke to the owner who was actually pleasant and explained they were not accelerated financial solutions. He stated there are so many directory listings on the internet and such that its hard to get the listing c****ed but that he was not affiliated with them.

Very ***ue, sear****g for someone other than who lives here, agressive position and very ambigous in their responses.
