I got the same message from everyone below. I was sooo upset because the lady "Rose Tuner" says that she can not send me so****ing in writing and can not go into the charges. Just said that it was an internet transaction and I should pay or I will be in trouble.  I told her that im not paying anything unless I get so****ing in writing and i will have my lawyer to call them and i will see them in court.I was soo fustrated that they even were calling me crazy.This is such a scam --> what can we do about this??????

im getting the same calls, but his name is Maxwell Johnson. he said that i took a pay advance loan on the internet(funny thing is i can't even turn on a computer). he told me that i had to send him $285.00 every two weeks till its paid up. my woman called him and asked him for some information. and he said you don't need any. he keeps saying thbat they are going to come arrest me at my job. my woman told them to come to the house to get me.my baby don't play. we went to lawyer and they googled the number 757 276 6063. the man has a accent and a ******** mouth. my woman is waiting for them..

i got a call from this number and they actually left a voicemail !!! *****!! this guy said "you are going to be in a whole bunch of legal mess miss" now i may be 20 but im not dumb... i am a collector and telling me ur going to sue me isnt scary... they called themselves the legal crime investigators... ??? really guy you can barely speak english... and you really think im intimidated?? wrong lol dont fall for this b.s.!!! its a load of ****OLLA.. i called my atty generals office they advised tht i either ignore or call back and request correspondence... well officer sinclair refused so it is a SCAMMMM!!!

Received same phone calls, very heavy India Accent, said his name was James so****ing could not understand the last name, gave me number to call back 757-276-6060 ext 1007 now they are using extentions is there no end to these guys calling, he said it is very urgent that I call him back, if he did not hear from me than I was trying to avoid this legal matter and that it would create a big legal mess for me and than I could not understand the rest. They have called my place of employment daily two or three times a day.  They must be on a timeline to collect money as they have ramped up their phone calls. Is there no stopping them?  They are really annoying and it is driving me and everyone at work crazy.

I just recently got a phone call from this "Alex Ferguson" too and he said I had some loan fraud that never happened and threatened to arrest me. I freaked out and filed a harrassment charge a***snt them because they kept telling me I was going to be arrested and that I had to pay them back. I figured it was a scam because (where as I actually have debt) when asked if I could make a payment plan, they said ok and ***g up. when the cop called, they ***g up on him three times. impersonating a police office is a big thing in my opinion. its just really really annoying. **** scam..

Just took the same call for an employee of ours from an "Alex Ferguson" at the "Department of Crime". He had a strong accent as well and when I said that his accent didn't sound Scottish he replied "I recently met with an accident". Almost fell of my chair laughing!When I asked him where he was from he paused and then said "******ia". Classic.I told him I would pass along a message to the employee and asked what it was regarding. He replied "so****ing legal & confidential" so I said "ooooooo sounds SERious". It's a total scam, you can hear other people in the background making the same calls.I'm going to have fun messing with these guys!

Deputy Michael Sinclair called me at work today, (I have NEVER given out my work number, or place of employment) and stated there is a lawsuit being filed a***nst me for fraud and some kind of loan. He stated that money was deposited into my bank account, and when the company tried to retrieve it they couldnt. He knew the last 4 digits of my social, and he asked me what I was going to do about this. I replied, "nothing". He asked if I wanted him to file with federal departments and have my local police come arrest me, and possibly lose my job and credit. I told him, "yes, they can come pick me up. They know where to find me." He said ok and ***g up.2 minutes later:I called back after speaking with my boss, and I asked for "Deputy Michael Sinclair". When he came on the phone, I asked for his badge # but he refused stating I didn't need it, and the lawsuit had already been filed. I asked a***n, he ***g up on *****is is the millionth time i have received a call from these people, but the first time i have actually talked to someone. It is a scam, dont give any of your info out to them. They are using american names but have STRONG accents. Ridiculous.
