They've called almost every day for the last few weeks, sometimes multiple times a day.  They never leave a voicemail.

I got this number once a month; no one leaves a message!!!

I just got a call from this number. I missed it though. But I screen calls. NO messege left. From what it sounds like, this is a scam. There are lots of telemarketers that put numbers in a database, they have auto dialers relating to that one number. The ma****e goes through the list of number. If you answer, you don't hear anything and **** up, but your number gets registered as 'someone answered, real telemarketer call back' and the frenzy begins. If it goes to voicemail, they usually leave it alone. At the same time, if you call that number, the ma****e picks it up as 'someone is alive, call and harrass'. So don't answer, dont call back. I ran into the 'frenzy' problem last year. Always the same telephone number, 20 times a night. It was from the same number, but different 'businesses' one time it was bank of america asking for my social, then First Bank, then an auto warranty renewal, all these were SERIOUS big dollar scams. When I stayed on the phone for an hour with the guy trying to sell me auto arranty on 'everything' on my car down to the sparkplugs, I ended up ****ing him off, telling him I was a reporter and he was on scam tv. They havn't called back since. :) Goodluck everyone! Just be REALLY MEAN to em. ;)

Just got a call from this number. I let it go to voice mail and there was no message. Has anyone talked to *** Customer Service about this?

got this call but no voicemail message...i almost never answer the phone if i don't recognize the number...if it's an urgent call, i let them leave a message and i would check it immediately to determine whether call them back or not

I get this call once a week with no answer

This number is *** Communications in Hampton Roads, ******ia. I am a customer of theirs. Not sure why they called my cell phone and ***g up, but they only way they could get my cell is client files, because it is an Indiana number. I called it back and got the *** answering ma****e.

A call from *** Communications, verified through call-back to number 389-5579, was received. Caller did not leave a message.

Been getting these calls for over a year. On my **** cell, which is unlisted and on the Do Not Call list. It's *** cable - **** idiots (***), they just waste time and half the time AREN'T EVEN ON THE LINE when you answer. Blarg - igore them and put a block on if possible.

me too... what's with these people? maybe if they didn't keep spending money to harass me by calling all the time they could actually sell affordable cable.

Yeah it's ***. I got some calls from that number, and hoped that it was a chick that I wanted to hear from. I once excused myself from an important meeting to take the call, and it was **** ***. They were trying to sell me more services. No thank you! I am fine with the services I am buying and stealing already.

I receive multiple calls a week from this number and no one is ever on the line when I answer

This number has been calling our home repeatedly, several times every evening, without leaving any messages. Our caller ID indicates *** Communications is calling. I estimate that they call approximately every 45 minutes. I don't know when the calls s**** but the phone calls continue until past 8:30 p.m.; not past 9 p.m. though. I have confirmed that our home number is registered on the www.donotcall.gov list.

I checked the number 757-389-5579 through a website called 'Time Zones for PCs'. They have a phone number lookup data base. 389-5579 was identified as a Telemarketer phone#.

I answered a phone call after my Caller ID listed it as coming from *** Communication. Female stated she was calling about their bundle package. I already have *** Cable TV and the internet service but not their phone service. She asked me if I lived on W----- Drive, which I do. Then she said,"let me pull up you account info". Then "bear with me while it comes up." Then she asked me for the last four of my SSN#. I said I dont give that out. Then she asked for my 4-digit pin number with ***. I couldnt remember the number, anyway, I told her I wasnt interested and ****ed up. I smell a scam here. If you get such a call, dont give out any info and just **** up.

have received numerous calls from this number weekly from "*** Communications" in the evening time. I have *** cable/internet but not the phone. I am on the "do not call list" but that hasn't helped. Tried calling back but it goes straight to voice mail.

*** has called me 20 times and iv told them 3 times to take my number off their calling list. That was a month ago. They called me a***n last night. What can anyone do?

Received 2 calls from this number in the past 2 days. Both around 8 p.m. First time caller ***g up after 1 or 2 rings. Last night call went to voicemail but no message was left.

Receiving frequent calls from this number in the evening, but no one is there - and no message left when I let it go to voice mail.  When I call it back, it's a *** voice mail, but no person available.

I have been recieving the same call on my cell but no one answers.Just got *** this week.

Got one tonight at 8:00 pm - no one there. I have *** internet and Cable. This better not s**** a trend.

Got a call tonight.  The female caller said she was calling about "3rd party confirmation."  What ever that is!  I do not have *** phone service.  I do have *** cable TV and internet.

have received calls from this number weekly since adding *** cable/internet. caller ****s up as soon as i answer. called back, recording says "*** Communication, enter the extention number you are looking for."

I have gotten calls almost daily between 5-9pm for the last week.  No messages.
