I have been getting a call from 757-447-5191. I have not answered the number because the number caller has not left any messages, so it's pretty much a telemarketer or spam. Calling about every two hours. Annoying!!!! Block if you can!!

They have called at least 13 times in the last hours. This is crazy!

They've called me 13 times today, in about 3 hours without leaving a message. It s****ed after I listed my number on monster.com.

Complete pain in the****. Have asked to be removed several times and they just keep calling. Have reported them to gov so not call list.

The are calling because some website sold them your information by falsely claiming you were interested in furthering your education. It takes a few moments for an operator to pick up when they call but there seems to be no pressure when you decline the information, and they stop calling.
