Received a call from this numbers, caller ID showing "Jeff Walters" ; asked for my husband by last name; stating called to 'discuss the windows and cost we had discussed before."  We have not discussed any windows or any home improvements with anyone.....told him we were on the do not call list.  Unknown is this is a scam or someone just trying to find out if someone is home.....googled the number returns to a non-published landline in Norfolk VA.....but I think it is really a cell phone.
