This is NCW - National Credit Works, who repeatedly has called me and my extended family members threatening to sue me, and just recently said they have a warrant out for my arrest and are going to put me in jail for 25 years.   I will be contacting an attorney to file suit a***nst them as well as the BBB to complain and their local police to press charges for criminal harassment a***nst the individual who made that threat.

Their Fax number is 757-961-5950.  When I get callls from a number who does not respect request to stop, I use the number to request information from phone sales companys as well as online colllege.

W***ver this is, they will NOT leave me alone!  I had answered the first few times, but it was a robo-call and I was told to call them back immediately.  I did not call back.  If this IS a collection agency, then I really have to laugh because I don't have any debt whatsoever!  I have never taken out any loans...never bought a car, home, etc.  I owe NO ONE!

I have been called by this number no less than one ***dred times. I usually **** up... last time I said some very off color remarks. I immediately received several call backs from the same number. I simply answered and ***g up without remarking. I than received a text message from this person using searchbug.com, this is an extremely aggressive debt collector! Arghhhh

IT IS NATIONAL CREDIT WORKS OUR OF NY.  THEY CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE FOR A PERSON THAT DOES NOT LIVE AT OUR ADDRESS REQUESTING INFO FOR ANOTHER PERSON WHO DOES NOT LIVE AT OUR ADDRESS. THEY MUST WANT SOMEONE TO CALL THEM BACK BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY NEEDED A RESPONSE BECAUSE THEY WERE GOING TO S**** LEGAL ACTION.

Keep getting repeated calls from this number.  A woman left 2 consecutive messages on my answering ma****e mumbling her name and mumbling the name of the company she worked for.  She said it was concerning a civil matter and that if I cared at all I could contact my lawyer or call her back at her extension. She also said if I didn't call her back within 2 business days they would have to proceed with whatever action they planned on taking a***nst me...If this had any legitimacy whatsoever she would have said my name and what it was regarding.  This is a major scam if I ever saw one.  In my opinion, the only reason she said I could call my attorney is because most laypeople (like myself) do not have an attorney at their beckon call and when faced with the decision of hiring an attorney to deal with this ****** phone call or call her back, most laypeople would call her back; they are preying on this****umption. Don't call them back.
