Getting calls from this number, and getting a busy signal when I call back or recording

Get many calls a day on my cell phone from this phone number 757 769 8778.  When try to call back:  recording that says "You have reached a nonworking number".   I have gotten as many as 2 calls in an hour.  Calls continue from 9:00 AM to early evening.   Also have received calls during same time frame with same scenario from 2 other phone numbers:  757 346 3039,  and 757 447 9458.  Verizon says all they can do is block phone numbers.  I have blocked these 3, however Verizon said that they can only block 2 more phone numbers before they have to charge.  I expressed concern that obviously w***ver is behind this has several phone numbers at their disposal; and questioned what would happen when  I use up other 2 free phone blocks.  Verizon told me that I would have to s**** paying to block them or c****e my phone number.   Either way it will be a great inconvenience and expense.

This number has called me a few times already. Everytime I call the number is busy.

I have received several calls this week from this number. One time they left a message of only music that was 3+ minutes long. The last time I answered and the ask for a person I don't even know and then proceeded to say "Thanks to that person as if I was lying". WHATEVER!
