It’s a collector. They buy old bills for pennies on the dollar and then try to collect the full amount. Harassment big time!!!

Caller was fishing for people - not just one person. Obvious scam

Blacklisted them**** clowns they are.

Record! 9 Times in 15 mins. I express to them go ***k themselves.

I have had several calls. I am****uming this is portfolio recovery. a bill collector...but they call from different numbers all over the country. I asked them not to call that number cause its my kids phone...they continue all..hours. more so have no clue how they got the # or my cell #..cause I had neither back when they claim I owe this bill

They can call you at work, but if you exrpess to them they are only to call at x number and they call you at work they are violating your rights and it gives you some recourse in dealing with them.  careful if they have your work number they have the means to file for Garnishment!

They called my son's personal cell phone.  I never gave them that number, I don't even remember it and have to look it up.  While telling them to remove it - after they ***g up on me 4xs they said if *I* was rude they'd **** up.  I said, "look I wasn't being rude until your gal "April" was rude to me"  They ***g up.  I called back (still trying to get that number removed) and asked for a supervisor but was told that they were "unable to transfer " me to a supervisor but could give me a number to call one....BTW, according to the TCPa if they are not authorized to call a cell phone then you are en***led to aminimum of $500.00 per call up to 1500.00 per call.  According to the TCPA, it doesn't have to be harassment, just placing that call to your cell phone is all it takes.

Calls 2 to 3 times a day will not say who they are and asks for all kind of info

This is really annyoying.  I don't know who it is or in fact nothing about *** Communications.  I live in NC and they called at 9:23 at night.  I believe the cut off is way before that.  Annoying.

I got a call from this company. They pretended they wanted to talk to my son.

auto-dialler. Tells you to stay online and someone will pick up shortly.

We have between 1 and 4 calls from this number daily...while at work.  They leave no message and only call during day time hours

Annoying call about the factory warranty on my car.

They just called me today to collect for *** communications...I was happy to fax them my 2 most recent statements both showing a zero balance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The call is from Credit Control Corporation, in Newport News, ******ia.  They're a collection agency.

They're also calling my cell phone.  Last I checked creditors could not call your personal cell with out express permission??Thank goodness for caller ID.  I deal with whomever I owe money to directly instead of these ya-yas!

I have no idea what kind of bill I could owe?  There was a voicemail message left saying please return this call to Jane Parks? Who is Jane Parks???

This is actually Credit Control Corp.  In my case, I had an outstanding debt to Chesapeake General Hospital.  And these are there collectors.  I'll tell ya though, they are RUDE!  They are local to me and here in VA, there's laws a***nst telephone harassment.  Just tell them that 'so and so' doesn't live here anymore, get their name and ask them NOT to call anymore.  Or you can just ask for the supervisor.

Called for my Mom, not sure why they would call my number for her, as she does not give out my number except as an emergency contact.  Would give me no information, without me sending a copy of her power of attorney... Mom is terminally ill, and in the hospital, so I wished the rude woman luck in getting ahold of her.  I am also executor of her estate, so if they continue to not want to deal with me, they will continue to get nothing. If in fact this is a real debt.

This number has been calling my personal cell phone lately.  Don't know why.  I am not in debt and I haven't been delinquent in anything.Better check my credit report....
