This number is from a company that deals with newspaper subscriptions. In my case, I had an automated payment for the Virginia Pilot. My credit card was compromised so I canceled it. They were calling me to tell me they couldn't process my payment. It was legitimate. I suspect they may also use the number to sell subscriptions to news papers as well.
I get several calls a day from this number and they never leave a message. I assume if this was an important matter they would leave a message at least one time. I will not answer to this number.
This numbers calls several times a day! Caller ID states Williamsburg,Va! Leaves no message
