These people call me more that 7 times a day on my work line and also leave messages at my job. At this point this is harrassment and I would like to take legal action. They all have american names, (the last was jack rodgers who called me three times within 15 minutes). I will not be threatened for so****ing that i have no idea about and a***n am looking to take legal action. they are rude and need to be dealt with.

I received a phone message at 7:58am this morning from a woman with Indian accent. She said that I should return call or my lawyer. If we do not call back I will be sorry and she ended call by telling me I BETTER return call.Business do cal call and tell you that you BETTER return call.This was very annoying and disturbing to receive first thing in morning before going to work.I do not have company name because she did not leave and I am not calling that RUDE woman back.Thank you

I just got three calls in a row from +1 0000 on my cell phone (which I ignored) and then from a real number on my work phone (which I answered.) The person on the other end very urgently told me in a very thick Indian accent that he was calling from the "Customer Department of Legal Affairs" and that a file was being brought a***nst my name and SSN and that I must call 760-273-4614 to speak with Mike Ogato who was my lawyer. I called the number and a creepy message just said "Please call later." The whole thing was just very bizarre and I won't be answering or calling that number a***n. From what I've read on this and other forums, I agree, they probably got the info from a PayDay Loan Application.
