I received a call today from these people threatening to send officers to my house and job .I don`t know these people either.I hope so****ing legal can be done about them.

This guy continues to call me as well.  I know this is a scam, bu tI am being threatened with jail.  I NEVER borrowed money from this company.  What do we all do? is there a way to report this?

SO What is happening now? Did you get your money back? have they called you since?

Received a call they told me it was regarding a legal matter but i asked for the last four of my social and they were wrong and i ***g up I placed their number on my call and message block

I received a voicemail, which I still have from Maxwell. He said that I had taken out a cash advance loan in the amount of $300.00 and that I had not paid it and that an officer was going to come to my residence and my place of work and arrest me for fraud. Unless I paid them 1287.00 that day. I was panicked and gave them 100.00. Then I s****ed investigating. I called them back, he said he would refund the money, that they were with David Harrison Legal Services in Cambell City, CA and that their client was Cash Advance. "Max" said he couldn't send me any do***entation as to what was going on. He threatened that I'd be taken to the court house and have to pay up to $20,000 in court fees and fines. He said they had proof that I had committed fraud. Their email address is [email protected]. He had a very thick accent that was hard to make out what he said.

760-280-1839 .. they called my home .. guy said he was Steve Rodgers with a middle eastern accent .. said he was calling from the Police Dept. and that a case was open a***nst my room mate .. looked this info up online called them back and was ***g up on once I confronted them

The past two days I have been getting the same calls from 760-280-1839. These jokers are a really pain and keep calling my work number.....

I get calls over and over on my home and work numbers. Same message, a case has been brought a***nst me, criminla charges etc. I have contacted local authorities and was advised no to answer or return any calls, it is a total scam!! Does anyone know how to make this stop?

Also received a call from this number. Knowing it is a scam, but tired of being threated from them with court cases, jail and money. Other numbers that seam to be tied into this scam are Kevin Parker 512-538-2030, Eric Johnson (ACS) 347-292-8536, Eric Jones 260-207-4603, 478-520-2483 and now this number 760-280-1839 from Steve Roger. How do you get rid of the calls????????

I do not know this number, and have had no dealing with this atate or area/ Calls dailey, Never gives name.is rude,

calls over and over, I am not familiar with this at all
