I actually just got off the phone from a call from these same people. They are claiming that I own 300.00 dollars that I never got and when I said I had an attorny they refused to call them. I have been receiving phone calls from them sense Friday and the people that I have spoke to have been very short and rude. I took every detail of information from that I could because my gut was telling me that there was so****ing wrong with this entire issue. I supposedly spoke to an Officer Sentha Scott and Adam Smith. They said that Holland and Hart a very large law firm from Colordo were the ones that hired them. I was honestly scared at first because they were talking about pressing charges and having me setting in jail for 3 months. I had decided to pay the money, but I could not afford to which was a blessing because as I researched about this number. I have found out that they have had many complaints made a***nst them. And that they have been very forceful with every individual that they have spoken to. They also gave me a number of 206-203-1287 to fax them information. I faxed a letter and my ID. I regret that but I am grateful that I never gave them any money. I have personally contacted Holland and Hart 307-778-4228 and spoke with someone and they have someone looking into as well. I have also called the FBI 904-248-7000 and been given a few tips. First, contact your local athorites and inform them that you are receiving threatening calls from these numbers. I also called the Federal Fraud Center

I never took a loan from an on line company and I pray that these people are stopped because they are taking money they do not deserve. I personally an going to call Pac-West Telecomms. because that is who the landline is thru, just to try and bring as much attention to this issue as I can. I have told them that I wanted copies of everything and they have refused me that so once a***n, in heart I know that these are t***es trying to scam innocent people out of hard earned money.
