It is Capital One.  They make random phone calls from random phone numbers.

i have received calls from this number and the lady name linda leaves a message about my capitol one card that i dont have, i do not do business with them of anytype but she calls ever day and on several numbers i have taken the call just so i can tell them to stop calling but on the other end is a answering ma****e, i wish i could have her number to s**** calliing her beganing at 7 a.m

It is Capitol One. They also call from numbers:  ***-209-2334,  973-208-1038,  304-252-0135, and prefix 604 as well as unknown. They have a policy of setting a computer dialer to call from as many as twelve different numbers, several times daily. It is an automated computer dialing system. If you answer, the computer routes you to the next available collection agent anywhere in the world. If you have call divert on your cell phone you can input all the numbers so that none of them even ring through.

i never answer. if its important they will leave a message. i have been unemplyed for over 5 mths now and dont receive unemp. so its problably a collection agency.

It's a lady from Capital One Credit Card named Linda. She's called me from about 10 different numbers and she'll call from the same one twice-four times a day and then switch to a different number. It is annoying but that's what the number's from!

They call all day...I do not have a capital one card....it is annoying..and no one on the other end so I can say do not call
