Said his name was Dennis. Asked for someone else who wasn’t me. Asking about a specific property and listed an address. Definitely sounded scammy.

They sent a text asking whether I received their offer to buy my house. I’m not selling nor looking for property. I’m sure it’s a phishing scam.

Check his IP address, and how you sent the money to him. Report it to the bank and federal agencies
