I received multiple calls saying they were from the Legal Dept of BCS in Weldon, CA. Far East accents for [John Roberts and Peter Smith] They say I have complaints a***nst my name and social security number and I should call them or my employer and my contacts will receive a letter about me.I called. I argued with this Smith, I had a previous loan from one of those money trap payday loan companies. I have a letter from the Payday Loan Co. stating my account is closed and balance paid in full. i told him stop calling, and if he pursues it, send it in writing so I can have an address. i want them to go after me, I will sue the pants of them.

Received a call from this number was told that I owed money and if I didn't return the call I would be in big trouble. Could barely understand the message. Their english speaking wasn't that well. They called my house and cell number. Don't give them anything.

Calling me at work and saying that they are coming to my job to have me arrest, and I work in a government office. I am going to ask them to fax me what I am suppose to owe. I am sick of them and their foreign accent.

Harrising to call my job every day and threating to get me fired from my job. He called me b****es and said f****** me and f****** me in my****.

Callled me saying i owe on a loan and never took a loan at cash advanced. Screaming and harassing my friends

hey guys i got a call from them and they where asking from me for the money that i owe them.........u know what guys they all are scammers and they all have heavy accent sound like asians to me.........dont pay them anything...........

Received call from this number-pt barely spoke english and too difficult to understand-report ed this was a business and person did not work here.Insisted on leaving a number. would not identify company****ociated with.
